This man works at various liquor stores in Dallas/Fort Worth and shows up at all liquor tastings. He claims to be an expert in Scotch and has many bottles to sell or trade, including very rare and high level and desired Scotch. These are all phony and counterfeit. Be aware and avoid buying or trading with him. You will lose your money.
