The first association were frauds. They sold it to hoteliers Oct 2017 who fraudulently bought it as a building and it's units. They altered docs and never had 100% owner votes They rigged the Miami Dade Auction process, paid off court clerks, Judges, lawyers, MBPD, MBFD, Code Compliance and more. The Hallstatt Group, Scott Robbins, Rory Greenberg, Barry Shevlin, Danielopez, Peter Siam, Adam Cervera, Michael Gongora and more are liable. This is no condo.

They often locked me out, while I had the deed.  It was rough and unfair.  Ignacio M. Alvarez Esq and other lawyers deny this fact.  I showed an email earlier in this RipOff Report where the Chief Fire Inspector, J. Meisozo, thought the building was vacant too, when it wasn't either, then he colluded along.  The clerks of court in Miami via the network of Unlawful Judges Altered Many Facts to aide in this ripoff.  They altered facts from day one and it took along time to get the Supreme Court's attention about what some Judges are doing to the public, against our laws.  I pray You accept my Rule 44.

I Had This Above FL Supreme Court Winning Rule:  White vs Marine Transport Lines, Inc., 372 So. 2d81 (Fla.1979).  Judge D. Trawick didn't hold the said hearing, and hosted an exparte.  We requested a re-hearing, but my liver-belly lawyer doesn't say the Judge took our hearing off the books. 

Then, at the hearing Judge D. Trawick, in front of me, asks my lawyer for a ruling to counter ours--and my lawyer gives it to him and to Miami Beach Commissioner-lawyer (conflict of interest as I am a Miami Beach resident) M. Gongora,  A. Cervera, F. Siam. and B. Shevlin.

It's Unbelievable.  Then Judge Trawick gives the case to an appellate, where I cannot win now due to this unfair trial with his friend Judge Rebull and our paperwork was replaced with theirs.  As you see in the Video, The Demolition Shows They Covered-Up A Scam.  Could you buy into this building at a judicial condo sale?  No.  Would you pay special assessments for this non-existent condo or  false foreclosure scam sans trial?  No.  ONLY THE ORIGINAL JUDGEMENTS + DEEDS MATTER!!!!

The above link (Page 3) shows Barry Shevlin Esq illegally commits perjury (again because Jordan Neus Never Brought One Contract Either) by Adding The Word "Private " sale to the Original Judgement. Of course, because who could reasonably buy a box of dust, wires, and cement bags? The following blog by Very Appreciated Black Westchester tipped me to Judge Alan Scheinkman's Collusion with Tartaglia (after I saw the fraud in my Order with my own eyes (which I previously Posted For You).  I saw and knew the Order Was Altered, as the US Supreme Court Judges granted me relief using the same paperwork this fraudulant panel denied in Bad-Faith. 

So, I put the fraud in-my-brief February 2020 in my already frauded related case, instead of re-submitting de novo (learned you can't win in unfair trials when Judges Alter Cases).  Then, February 2020, Tartaglia Stepped Down From My Case.  This is connected to my Demonstrated Fraud in the previous post with their Altered Order (just forgot to include the blog below).  Certiorari Must Be Granted.  Tartaglia Esq with Shevlin Esq engaged in Mail Fraud 2017-2018, associated with Alan Scheinkman 2019-2020, Judge Quinn 2017-2018, and Judge T. Whelan (who Altered My Unconscionable Judgement, Endangered My Life For Unjust Enrichment 2003) all on the same related issue of altered judgements (unfair trials).  (Tartaglia & Shevlin Esqs et al got my Manhattan Appeal Transfered Via Fraud so this could happen.  See the Proven Fake Order (against the Constitution Amendment 6).

Greenbrier Partners are South Beach Bayside Condominium #1 are the Bidders are Palihotel.  Jordan Neus brought no contracts (Lie) and the above group powerfully worked with Judge P. Lopez in expartes and via mail fraud to bring a sale and eviction--with Miami Beach Commissioner M. Gongora (who didn't put his name on my case docket) and with Mayor Phillip Levine, Scott Robbins partner.

My Judgements were not allowed to be addressed or brougt into evidence by Judge M. Rodriguez and Judge P. Lopez.  Prior to the above Lies since 2017, I deserved freedom from the beginning.  Judges altered my case in bad-faith to obtain my property.  I proved my credibility with the video evidence.  I supported it with the links.  Only the Supreme Court of the United States can stop them from altering cases for greed, not justice.

Because the demolition was real and the sale was rigged, Barry Shevlin, again desperately, Lied about the Judgement calling for a "private sale", when it didn't (Lie).

They transferred the building illegally, right after Hurricane Irma much less than the 14 day notice required by Controlling Florida Statute 718.112 (5) (c) (1).

As per Rule 44, I Deserve A Chance.  They Lied To You, Me, And The Public.  They altered their response to You to appear credible and won.  My Deeds Have Clouds & Defects too.

Fair Trials Are A Constitutional Given.  H-E-L-P!

The secondary fraud can easily be nullified & voided.

Looking past your evident ethnicity saturated rage for a moment, that I would otherwise consider justisfied regardless of the current laws, a couple of key questions to ask, because a lot has to happen before any entity is in a position to take over and dissolve a condo association.

1: Did you not have red flag warning signs of trouble afoot as other units in your building were getting snapped up? You likely had chances to sell out while the eventual dissolvers were still far short of a super majority UNLESS (and I obviously don't know) a majority, or strong plurality of units were always in the hands of a single group, like an original condo developer. Even then, that alone in the present climate would be reason to pull up stakes and get out while still able. No condo these days is safe when a single entity controls a large block of units.

2: Was the condo in need of expensive repairs, replacement or upgrades?

3: Were a lot of unit owners delinquent on fees, or in foreclosure? If banks, or even the association owned many units, they look to dump them quickly and they are then prime prey for developer investors looking to convert.

Now, apart from taking issue with your Anti-Semitic reference, I oppose the way developers are legally allowed to rob people of their homes. The law was supposedly changed a necade ago lowering the threshhold from 100% agreement, to only 80 or so percent, to prevent lone holdouts who weren't always in their right mind from preventing other owners from being able to cash out after catastrophic storm damage left their buildings condemned.

Unfortunately, or maybe even by snide design, this change in the law allowed vultures to swoop in, buy up enough units and then basically grab remaining holdouts for whatever they felt like paying. Did you have a decent lawyer, as I'm assuming you tried to fight this and lost? If so, likely the changed law trumped your original condo agreements, OR, upon taking enough of a majority, the new developer controlled association simply changed the agreement. Condo rules aren't written in stone - they're always subject to change.

My condo docs clearly state "consent of all the units owners" and this fraudulently wasn't the case, plus they went against a Florida Statute. My home was bought free & clear in 1994 (no mortgage) It's completely demolished as of 2018 when they rigged the auction, yet they are operating currently 2019 as a condo association, as per sunbiz.org--and it's demolished.

The exterior is perseverd (Art Deco Rules). They're not going to get away with this Organized Crime of Jewish Mafia And Cowards.

This is unfortunately a risk with condos these days, in Florida much more than elsewhere. They no longer need 100% of unit owners to go along, only a super majority to dissolve the association and basically force you to take a buyout, even at a loss, even if you have a mortgage. He and his connections with Judges of the lower + appelate courts, clerks and others was the only way he won. They won? I want Justice. He committed perjury for years + altered documents. He should be Disbarred. He organized expartes hearings, entered blank documents, altered hearing dates, didn't notify us, sent emails to wrong emails knowingly, and orchestrated crooked trials and an eviction. He pretended/ pretends to work for one client but truly has the Hallstatt Group and the false condo association of South Beach Bayside Condominium 1's interest. He is adverserial and is everything bit of a psychopath as Rory Greenberg and Jordan Neus.

They like Rory Greenberg, Barry Shevlin, Michael Gongora and more committed perjury in Court, at the auction, and  on paper altered documents.  They did not receive 100%ownership, went against a FL statute, altered docs to preservation league, postal office, fire dept, code compliance, police and more.  They endangered my life and Justice must be served. They bought it against a FL statute as said which prohibited the transfer from association to association late 2017. This 2018 it was and is a construction site making it a hotel.
