I can only reiterate what other consumers have experienced, as I have experienced the same. Within days of receiving a free trial of a product they offered, a charge was billed to my account. When I called them about it, they said to just return the product when it arrives and I would receive a refund within a couple of weeks. Two months later, nothing has been resolved and I am still out $89.31.
You can never get in touch with a customer service rep. The one time I did, they hung up on me. Using their online chat, you can give them all the information you have and they are never able to look up the order. There's a strong suspicion the are outsourcing their customer service because the customer service skills are about as helpful as talking to an automated computer. The big red flag is the fact there is absolutely no contact information for this company other than a phone number ...to someone who cannot speak english.
