I order this platform bed over the internet from a company i knew very little about. I recevied this 125lb package on 8/15/11 and the outside of the box was damaged quite bad.  I wasn't there for the delivery or i would have refused it.  I opened the package the next day to inspect for damage and lost parts and found very little damage. I proceeded to take the parts of the bed out of the box and put them on the floor for assembly. I found the assembly instructions and all of the parts were to be marked according to this sheet of paper. Needless to say, this wasn't so. My first real problem was with the assembling screws going into the plastic dowels to tighten things up. This didn't work worth a dam without them breaking or the screw not going inside of it. I called customer service to let them know about this. I finally got in touch with a lady that was hard to understand over the phone and trying to explain the problems i was having in puting this bed together was like talking to the wind. I told her about the parts not being marked the way the instructions said they should be and the problems with the screws and dowels. From her manner and attitude over the phone - she acted like she didn't care - all she kept on saying was, do you want replacement parts of which i said no. Not only did this bed have the pieces not all marked, many of the screw holes were not drilled in the proper place or not all the way through. The mouldings had no drillings on them at all to receive these screws and on top of this, it had to be done from under the platform bed of which was hard to get to.  Very poor quality on there part and poor customer service - this is a company you shall not want to do business with. If the packing box wasn't so damaged in the shipping, i would have sent it back to them. According to there customer service in sending this bed back to them, i would be charged for a return and restocking fee of the money that i had already paid them.  Beware of these companys you buy from over the internet.
