Southbay DCS, Noe Serna THESE GUYS RUN THEIR BUSINESS LIKE A DRUG CARTEL Chula Vista California

I've been to this store a few times and each time I felt extemely uncomfortable. For starters each time i was there each employee that was there had open beer bottles and were extremely obnoxious, they were all smoking cigarettes inside the store and i have a pregnant wife!!! No one seemed to care my wife had to leave the store because the cigarette smoke was way too much! Horrible!!

It took a very long time to get any attention from any of the workers. I spent atleast 20 minutes roaming the store before i can get any service. I had to break up a group conversation to get some help and all they did was point to a direction. Once i found the product ALL BY MYSELF, because no one made an effort to assist me, 3 guys came out of the bathroom, all who seemed to be employees, they walked to hang out with the rest of the people behind the counter. I immedietaly got the impression that they were doing drugs in the bathroom because of the way they were acting plus there is only a single toilet in that bathroom. It makes no sense for 3 grown men to be in there at 1 time?

besides all this they suggested that i purchase more than the recommended amount described on the description of the product, not wanting to they pressed it so much i decided to do it, since they said i can return whatever i dont use. What they failed to tell me was that I CAN ONLY RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT! I will most likely not need anything from this store because my concrete project is now done. but im stuck with over $200 in store credit? They were extremely rude and didnt seem to care, they said there is nothing they can do and that i should have asked about it before committing to buying something from them? When I walked out i was slow going to my car and overheard them laughing about it and calling me an idiot. what business treats customers like this? The only reason i came to this store was because proline said this was the closest store to me that carried their products and Proline themselves no longer sell to the public. I now have a horrible taste about ALL PROLINE PRODUCT. This store is ruining Prolines reputation and needs to address this issue before these Drug cartel people drive them to the ground. Anybody else looking for proline products i recommend purchasing from other business. STAY AWAY FROM SOUTBAY DCS!
