southbay espressway southbay expressway make it impossible to get in the correct lane to pay the fine. we were going to back up to pay fine but they mad that impossible also. by the time you read the sign and know what lane to get into it i too late and they fine you $62.50. san diego California

South Bay Expressway creates a trap for any driver unfamiliar. Once you can read the signs it is too latee to get in correct lane to pay the toll. We were going to back up to pay fine but they made that imposible also. So they are ripping me off by fining me $62.50 when I would be happy to pay the $2.50.
