Southbeach Diet Website money to be charged to customer for access to website was not clear. Internet

As an AOL user at work the Southbeach Diet website came up as advertiser on AOL. It was filled with testimonies of people who had used the website to keep track of eating habits and lose weight. Advertisement said only $5.00 a week. I signed up, logged in and saw same old information could get anywhere plus diet receipes were too difficult for average busy person so I emailed to cancel within same day! Found $65.00 charge on my Visa card from South Beach shortly afterwards. Called to have it removed. Was told they would have to keep $20.00 of it as a "processing fee". I said I had changed my mind within 24 hours and should not be penalized so customer service rep said she would talk to her boss and came back on the line and said that I could have all but $5.00 back. I took that because I figured it was the best I would be able to do without a big fight.
