Southeastern Oklahoma Land Company - Jim Maple $5,600 Stolen From Me - Sold Land They Don't Own antlers Oklahoma

I bought a tract of land from Southeastern Oklahoma Land Company in their Little River developement.  Sales price was $56,000.  They seemed like very nice people.  Made a downpayment of $5,600 and monthly payments for several months before visiting the property.  When I visited I saw a mobile home on the property with a family living in it.  I called Southeastern Oklahoma Land Company to find out what was going on.  They claimed they knew nothing about it.  I spoke with the people living in mobile home.  They told me it was their property and that this is not the first customer (victim) sent from Southeastern Oklahoma Land Company to their property.  They were mad at me and told me Southeastern Oklahoma Land Company had a horrible reputation in the state.  I then went to local title company and had them research owner of land.  They saw deed in Southeastern Oklahoma Land Company name but said chain of title was broken and that they would not be able to issue title policy and that I should get my money back.  Southeastern Oklahoma Land Company is refusing to give me a refund for property i cannot even use.  I have already spoke with attorney and we are in process of suing.  If you have eperienced anything similar to this with this company please let me know and perhaps we can combine lawsuites.  This company needs to be shut down.  I posted this in hopes that it will help prevent this company from victimizing future potential land buyers.
