I received a phone call from Southern Home Loans they said that they have the ability to get home owners insurance leads in my area, because these customers have gotten a loan from them and these people need home insurance to close the loans these are realtime leads I was told they need insurance immediatley. So far all the leads I have contacted not one has said they are looking for home insurance. This company out right lied to me and they took my money and will not refund it. I dont have the time for this BS and cannot travel to California for a trial date, for $300.00 RIP OFF..
