Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

Please any drvier looking for working at SRT you are going to be in for areal surprise. This company is insane pratices during week nights and weekends there are only 2 to 3 people working trying to take care of 1000 trucks . Whichare in such bad condition. They will give a line of crap until they get you in there seat for orentation. After that you can quit and they dont care. No open door policy everthing is locked doors.

Also every time you are late for a delivery thats 50.00 dollars out of your pay check and it only gets worst from there. Good luck on killing your driving life. And the worst mechanics in the buisness did i tell you they will never let you bobtail out of there yard. So if you are there four days waiting for truck repair no way of getting any food to eat. They are alwayas looking for a reason to havesafty try to get you. F*ck F*ck this company

Unusual???

If the trucks have Quaalcom, there's no need to have a 50 person dispatch department, especially at night.  Most of the dispatch action happens during the day.  If you signed a disclosure statement which says YOU AGREE to a $50 deduction for a driver related late appointment, then perhaps you should plan your trip better so you won't be late.  Where do you think your pay comes from?  It comes from CUSTOMERS.  Therefore, perhaps you should make some effort to help keep those customers by doing whatever you can legally do to keep  the promise made to the customer.  Without customers, there no need for you.  All companies have a bob tail policy because bobtailing is much more dangerous than driving with a trailer.  As such, to decrease the accident risk, companies limit bobtailing as much as possible.  I highly suggest you reconsider the profession you have chosen.  Trucking is not an easy job and no matter where you work, the same problems exist.  You can either go with the flow and adapt to the life or you can sit around, add about 200 pounds of weight in five years complaining, whining and bitching every minute of every day.  The choice is yours.  And before it is said, I do not work for them!
