 I have tried to make my bi weekly payment on my 2003 ford f250 for 4 days now.I have called numerous times to the provided number with no response to accept payment.The phone rings twice then buisy signal with message 0383 saying try different number.My truck is equipted with a gps payment mechanism that will shut my truck down if payment is not received.I tried paying online and it will not accept it either.All my payments are current and up to date.My truck has 2 more days before its shut down by mechanism.SSFG is closed on sundays and will not open in time on monday for me to try again and will more than likely miss work if i cannot get a response to my attempt to make payment.These people are completely unproffesional and this is completely unnaceptable.If i miss work or my truck is shut down or repo due to theyre incompetence i will hold ssfg personally responsible for lost wages or any other monetary situation affiliated with my ability not to commute to and from my job and also responsible for vehicle.I hope this also goes to the Better Business Bureau...Thank you

Its not sad,whats sad is what email address to contact them?Show me one.Tried different phone.And yes,they are responsible.Tried online,but must have account number,oh the catch?.Yeah you must contact them to get it.So i appreciate you trying to help by takeing up for them, but ive covered my options and they are at fault.

 Where it is sad that you cannot reach them to pay them. its also equally sad that you think you can hold them responsable for any lost business or money from this situation. Im 100% sure that they accept payments mailed to them. Did you miss this? Was it a paycheck issue? Reguardless, Im gonna give you some information. As you are the person responsable for the care and payment of your vehicle. If it gets repoed or "locked up" then you cant turn around and go after them for any money you lost. They will always fall back on the fact that you COULD have paid them through the mail. If they are having phone issues, and it sounds like they are, thats no fault of thiers. Thats equiptment they have no control over and a service they have no control over.

Im a tad stumped on the website not accepting your payment. However if your vehicle is repoed or turned off, you need to prove that THEY are the ones who made it difficult to contact them to make a payment. Try calling them from a different phone. Hell try a couple of different phones. It could be work on your side thats causing the issue with your phone. It could be work on thier side. You also need to send them an email stating that the website wouldnt accept your payment. Send it today. It has a time/date stamp on it. If you call monday or tuesday they will just say you are lying.
