Southwest Windpower SWWP helped an employee gain custody in a personal legal issue Flagstaff Arizona

Southwest Windpower allows employees to attend a custody hearing to help fabricate stories against a father. Suzanne M. De Vivo used SWWP employess in her personal court hearing that included Human resources officer Haven Flannigan, Shipping employee Jeff Hayes and warehouse worker Juanita Young AKA Jonnie/Jonny.

None of the witnesses could tell of any personal knowledge between the divorcing couple. All hearsay and mostly fabricated statements.

Suzanne M. De Vxx, Hxx, Txxx is a mother that went 9 months 2 weeks and 2 1/2 days with no prenatal care of the couples first child, Madison D. T.

Madison was born with severe Ceribral Palsy. This mother convinced me that the Doctor and Hospital made the mistakes that caused Madison's injuries.

After 4 years of a law firm in Alaska investigating the case, they found the mother was the cause of Madison's injuries.

In 2006 CPS of Arizona was contacted due to Madison's condition was so severe that took Madison into custody (volentary by the both Parents). During the process CPS allowed visitation by this mother.

9 months before CPS made a final desission to remove Madsion from the mother they stopped all visitation.

CPS found through medical records Madison was to be fitted with a feeding tube, mother never revealed this to anyone. Madison passed away 4 months ago from organ failure.

Because Madison was give up willingly, this mother got away with murder. Madison was injured around the 7th month of pregnancy. This mother was obese and had health insurance after she became pregnant. All medical records can be seen by request as to what she said as to why she had no prenatal care, "I didn't feel the need for any". She also stated " rock hard certain of the date she became pregnant. We lived within 4 miles of 7 doctors and a major hospital for the last 3 months of this pregnancy.

This mother quit her job and will say it was because of me. I never wanted another child. I married her out of stupidity.

Now this same mother has primary custody of another child that she will not allow medical attention for allergies. She allowed doctor Amy Deleva to perscribe Amoxicillin to this child that has been know to be allergic to this medicine. Mountain View Pediatrics, Flagstaff, AZ. was informed by letter from another doctor that amoxicillin is not good for this child and showed the two that have worked well in the past.

This mother never told the Doctors office of the other doctors that has seen this child. He is 6 years old and suffers from allergies. She suffers from allergies, she saw Dr. Feldman, Cottonwood, AZ. in 2006.
