Promised $769.00 marketing discount for placing a sign in our yard for two months to advertise their business. Reneged on the deal after the job was completed.

Provided 3 different written quotes with different amounts - always changing claiming to help get you the best deal from your insurance adjuster. Don't be fooled its to rip you off!

2. Marketing Fee Bait & Switch
Never puts the marketing fee in writing. wink wink Just help me get the higher amount from your insurance company. wink wink

4. Nails Everywhere
Promises that his crew will clean up after the job and has powerful magnets to get all the nails up from your yard. I was stranded for three hours in rush hour traffic when a roofing nail from my driveway punctured my less than 1 year old tire. Needless to say a $60 tow later and $45 fee to replace the tire, but Tony takes no responsibility - "You know John we can't get them all?" His crew can't find roofing nails on a cement driveway with a powerful magnet? Forget about your patio, deck, lawn or flower beds...

I had to go foot by foot and pick them up by hand... My wife is still collecting them from the rest of the yard.
