I purchaced a Soyo Cigar Por 64 Mb usb flash memeory drive from Fry's in Austin, TX aroung Christmas time. I timely filled all of the requirements but never received the $35 rebate. When I inquired on www.rebatestatus.com it said that I had not submitted the original UPC. My father-in-law, my brother-in-law and I all bought the cigar pro at the same time and submitted the rebate requirements at the same time and we all got the same rejection.
We can all verify that we included the required documents. We have copies of our submissions. When I contacted Soyo, they just gave me a run around. Fry's sends me back to Soyo.
