SOYO Rebate Center ripoff by SOYO. Barebone bought at Tigerdirect.com Diamond Bar California

Bought a barebone kit SY-A33E4 on 8/30/04 from Tigerdirect and mail in two rebates for $50 and $20.
Rebate says valid for purchase between 8/14/04-8/31/04, postmarked prior to 9/30/04 and takes 6-8weeks.
Sent in the rebates on 9/10/04.

Never heard from them since. Sent an email to them on 12/7/04 to follow-up.
Here's their response:
We would like to apologize for the delay. Your rebate has not been processed. Please keep checking www.verifyrebate.com to check on your status. Thank you for your patience.

Check their website after the email, it said both rebates were processed. However, after I sent them another follow-up email, I haven't heard from them since.

This is definitely a rip-off and it seems like they are consistently scamming customers.

Something has to be done!!!
