Spa Buzz Scam Internet

I have worked with Spa Buzz for some years now. We sell discounted spa packages to Businesses located around the spas with which we work. We do this to get people in the spa's door. We hand the spa new clients and it's up to them to wine and dine them. The spas don't pay spa buzz anything to do marketing for them (sell the certificates, get the people in their doors). It is free for the spas to use us. We get 500 new clients through their doors and the spa renders out these services. Their ONLY commitment (in a legally binding contract, which the spa has signed) is that they HAVE to HONOR the services in the packages for you guys. If the spa decides part way through the promotion to not fulfill their contract with us, then Spa Buzz has to deal with HUGE customer service issues because people like the person who posted the report on here still have outstanding services to use for that particular spa. Spa Buzz has always had a NO REFUND policy and it is printed right on the back of EVERY certificate that someone purchases. However, we do have GREAT customer service and will always allow Spa Buzz clients to go on our website: www.spabuzz.us and PICK OUT another spa they'd like to go to instead. We offer to swap out the certificate for another one of their choice FOR FREE - EVEN IF they've used some of the services already. I think that's pretty awesome. We can't control what some of these spas do once we start to work with them, however we can accommodate people and will always try to make people happy on our end.
