I signed up for Spark Energy because I was told that this gas service would be "greener" and less expensive. I did some research and I found out that this was not the a "greener" or less expensive company so I cancelled in the alot 30 day time. I am now being charged $108.07 because it took about two weeks to cancel this account. It should not take that long for cancel an account. I should not have to pay the $108.07. I am not going to pay this amount and I have gotten in touch with my lawyer.
