I went to work with this company on 05/31/2010 after interviewing with Mr. Wyrick. he told me that he was going to make the Manager of the entire state of North Carolina and I told him I could be there in three weeks. My job was to be consigning their products to retail stores for an 8% commission for all products with a 2% residual for all tubes of product sold.

I took Mr. Wyrick a map of North Carolina one week prior to moving on June 26, 2010 and we decided on my territory. Three days prior to me moving I received a call from Mr. Wyrick telling me he had another Sales Rep in Nort Carolins and my territroy was now anything North of I-40. I was in a place of no return and moved and started work.

As I started working the territroy I kept running into the other rep already have being there and Mr. Wyrick continually did nothing about it. At this point I had never met Mr. Allen and had no idea who he was. I was being told a on a daily basisi that I neeed to work in VA. I was not hired to do that and it seemed the rules were continually changing. I placed product in over 500 locations during my employment that ended 11/15/2010.

In late August, Mr. Wyrick called me and told me new products were coming out so we could make money thru the winter.Never happened. In October we were called to Knoxville twice for meetings that meant nothing except a 75% cut in pay and Mr. Wyrick telling me in a phone call

in late October there was not enough money tocarry us thur the winter. I resigned on 11/15/2010 and subsequently asked for my residuals. There has been no response form anyone after numerous emails.

This company promises to take care of you but trust me they do not care. Mr. Allen is the most uncaring, and non-compassionate man I have ever met in my life and Mr. Wyrick is a liar. I was never made manager and have since found out he promised all the reps he hired that.

I am telling you do not work for this company. Not only do they lie, change the rules and not honor their signed commitments, they are not reputable. They are now selling Hercules rebar chairs.

I am posting this so so ther people do not get hurt and wind up in the position they have left me by not honoring their commitments.
