Speciality Merchandise Corporation SMC ripoff fraudulent doesn't acknowledge returns of kit or acceptance of letters Simi Valley California

Please reconsider if you are even thinking of getting involved with Speciality Merchandise Corporation SMC.

They offer to send you free info on their infomercial about their business opportunity, but when you call they tell you they can't send this to you and you need to sign up just to take a look at it.

They casually mention a 30-day return policy, but there is a catch. Most people do not realize that if they do not cancel within the 30-day period they have to pay the full membership fee.

I am in South Dakota which does not have a set membership fee that is paid out in one year. The membership is perpetual, ongoing and never ending. It is for life.

I was smart enough to return everything within the 30-day period, but they have not issued a refund as promised. They have even charged out an additional monthly payment.

I called today to find out why a refund has not been issued and was told I would have to resend all of my proof of returns by fax. I am still waiting to see if a full refund will be issued.

These people use fraudulent means. Be forewarned. Stay away from them.
