HOW IS THIS COMPANY IN BUSINESS?!! SHUT IT DOWN!  I filed a complaint on BBB, the first time I have went to that extent in my life because I cannot understand with all the complaints I have read from people in a similar situation, how this can go on.   STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!   The sad thing is their Sales process does not allow even the smart consumer to investigate the company as it is all done real time on the phone.

Here is my story....

What a horrible company and experience.   They took my money and were of no assistance at all. I have read numerous reports and complaints on this company and wish I would have done so prior to listing my car for sale with them. Sales, Joyce Walker, contacted me one night marketing their services after I am sure finding my car on a separate worthy site Cars.com. She suckered me, plain and simple, and from my recent readings on this company, I have not been the only one. She led me to believe that "the average car sells in 21 days", and usually "no car is on the site longer than 30 days". In addition, she went on to tell me that she had buyers currently looking for my type of car. In followups, I learned that the potential buyer was out of the office or on vacation, but neither this buyer (evidently located in AZ) or any other "buyers" ever contacted me interested in my vehicle. Not one call from their ad. I went from great optimism when I "signed" up but diminished to anger, and realization that I had been taken. On the original phone conversation with the Sales rep Joyce, I was told if my car did not sell on Specialty's site, I would be entitled to a refund and to just call them. When my car sold privately 2 months later, I was told I was not entitled to a refund because it was not part of the package I "signed" up for. I went on to ask that they pull the recorded conversation, hoping that part of the call was recorded, but I have since lost ambition to pursue this any longer. NO resolution to this day. Was working with Supervisor "Casey" but after one conversation with her, no callback from her as she committed to do.

Hope this story helps someone... if nothing else I needed to put at least another dent in their armor.   Shame on being for being a sucker, but shame on them for suckering me!  THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS!!!!!!!
