I should have known by the tricky tactics used to get us to sign up but this music course doesn't hold up to their promotion, is hard to follow and they will not respond to our calls or emails requesting a refund.

I have been contacted by the Company's owner and recieved a full refund.

Because business processs can be difficult to manage I understand and accept his response.

 

David, seems like a nice guy trying to do the right thing.

I just saw your email myself. I just fired my customer service staff a few days ago and have taken it back over myself because they weren't serving my students as well as I would my self.

I'm very sorry to hear of your experience!

I'd be happy to refund your order regardless of whether or not you remove any of the negative reports you filed; though if after we get everything worked out you would like to have them removed that would certainly be appreciated.

Please know I'm doing everything possible to make sure the process is fixed for all future customers.
