I bought a few products, they charged my account for the products, I received the tracking number from UPS, on the tracking receipt was a different name and address than mine, but my account was charged for the products, I tracked the package and it was delivered to the wrong person and address that was on tracking receipt, I emailed and called speedytoy.com multiple times explaining that they put the wrong shipping address on my products and sent it to the wrong person and address, I never received a response from any of my emails or phone messages, I never received the products or my money returned, still waiting for something to happen, called my credit union fraud department and they explained that after thirty days elapse with no product or money received they can take over. Waiting for thirty days to elapse.

They corrected the problem and did it quickly, seems they were having computer problems and it took them awhile to get caught up on the backlog of emails and phone messages. They made good on everything.
