Spin Office SolutionsScam to ship office supplies in GROSSLY overstated quantities! Paducah, Kentucky

We were first contacted by a woman asking to speak to the person in our company who orders office supplies.  The controller of our small company spoke to the woman first stating that we really do not use many office supplies in our 15-20 person office, but that we have a girl that places the order and the controller approves them.  She said asked for the person's name and said she would call back.  I am the contoller and though that was strange, she had the person that approves all orders on the phone with her, but didnt try to push anything on me, instead wanted to talk to the order maker. 

A few days later, she called back and lied by saying that she already spoke to the contoller (me) and I approved this order.  I was not in the office the day she called, so my employee trusted what the woman told her and proceeded with the order.  We were also told that they would send us a free Cross pen, (2) tape dispensers, and free colored highlighters (which she charged us $142 for!).

A short while later we received 3 boxes of office supplies, but for grossly more that we expected.  Instead of sending what she mentioned on the phone, she sent everything in gross!  What does an office of 20 people need 576 Post It Pads??!! Funny thing was, though, they did not send us an invoice. 

After repeated phone calls (always got a voicemail and never a person), they finally mailed us the invoice almost 2 months later!  We expected the bill to be $200-$300, but instead it was $2,926.33.  At that point is when we Googled the name and found these other scam reports on them.
