I tried booking my daughter on a flight I was already going to fly on and the fare was 64 bucks each way and I had a thirty five dollar promo code so I went on the site spent the time to go thru the entire procedure of booking the flight and when it came time to finalize the fare which ended up being around 130 dollars a warning popped up that an un unaccompanied children will be a 100 charge so I pressed OK knowing that I would be with her and not have to worry about the additional fare charge. but after I pressed OK the screen did not move to the next step it stayed the exact same and would not let me move on.  Now spending all of this time on the site and it being unresponsive to allowing me to move forward I hit the help button and it went to a '404' screen meaning I lost all contact with the site and when I tried going back everything was lost.  I did not have the time at that moment to call them and had to continue on with my day.  The next day I immediately called them during the same time when I had time to do so.  The fare had went up 15 dollars and the operator that I could barely understand was an outsource that when I told him I also wanted to use the promo code, the phone conveniently diconnected.  I called back and again spoke with some guy with a fake american name in some other country that I could barely understand and when we got back to the promo code he told me he could not use it over the phone. When I asked to talk with his supervisor he told me that he would get him, put me on hold for three minutes and then told me he was too busy on another call.  So because I already had booked my flight I was forced to book my two year old daughter no matter how hard the were beginning to rip me off(35 dollars + 15 dollar fare increase from the prior day when their website wouldnt let me book).  So I just ate it and went on with the booking.  Then I learned of a 10 dollar booking fee I was being penalized with because I was using an on phone agent. Yes thats right because their website could not process my booking I was forced to pay them an extra 10 dollars because I had to call them to book the flight!  Also did I mention that it costs 20 dollars to bring a piece of carry on luggage onto the flight.  and much more if you have a real piece of luggage.  And if I wanted my two year old daughter to be able to sit next to me it was also going to cost additional monies!  So all told I had to pay an additional 60 dollars. All because their website could not function correctly and would not allow me to book. Unbelieivable.
