Spirit Financial All persons listed above were involved in receiving $1995.00 to do a loan modification on my property. Lamont solicited me, Chelsie and Amber received documents and corresponded with me Cheyenne, Wyoming

Mr. Lloyd solicited me under the co name of Spirit financial to handle modifying my home mortgage for the sum of $1995.00 up front. He, Chelsie and Amber then requested documents on a regular basis from me. They were to update me weekly which didn't happen.

I was given excuse after excuse for 5 months. I finally contacted the mort. co. myself and found that they were contacted twice. Once with someone elses information. No other contact was made.  I had a lawyer contact them requesting that they return my money. He told them he would call in a week for an update. He was told: You can call me all f_____g day punk.

I have not had any further attempted contact with them nor have I received my money back.
