Spirit Incentives ripoff - no confirmed reservation and canceled travel Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I received the certificate from Fairfield Resort after timeshare tour on July 9th 2005. After few days, I sent in my $50 per person, $100 to Spirit Incentives. They said they received it on July 21st. When they received it they returned the confirmation date reservation form with expiration of Jan 9th. I received the reservation form on August. I asked them why Jan 9th and they told me I should cancel my reservation and they can't change the dates.

Totally rip off and they told me they sent the check a week ago but I haven't received it yet. One person lied and told me they sent it on Saturday but another worker told me they don't work on Saturday.

I have talked to Richard, Kent, Camillio, Jen, Mary and two supervisors, Liset and Marcia. They were impossible to talk to and they even told me to send in the fax of the paper and which I did but then they told me I sent it late. What do they mean late if they haven't sent my refund yet with no confirmation dates. They are the worst customer service representatives I have talked to in my whole life.

I am usually a nice guy and do not complain unless if it's totally bogus and they do not make sense. I did everything they have asked me to do and at the end they still don't want to work with me. I asked if there is any other things I need to prove that I sent the form and they said call again next week.

On long distance call, my cell phone minutes were 321 minutes and was on hold for 80% of that time. I called total of 24 times and was hung off after 20 minutes of waiting 2 times. I left one message and sent faxes two times because they told me they couldn't find my fax. I have confirmation fax report so they couldn't lie the second time.
