Spiritual Physique Paid $150.00 and was sent broken CD's along with false advertisment and was treated with no customer service Los Angeles California

I had first came across Khama Anku and here spiritualphysique.com business when i was listening to a celebrate your potential web show. I liked what she had to say at the time and she advertised free success calls. I began to listen. Along she offered free gifts that she marketed at values very high for free. She had a payment plan.

When I received my package I got a generic 3 ring binder with a plastic cd holder with 6 of the 12 cd's with a note saying the rest were on the way! I waited and nothing arrived and she continued to take my monthly $50.00 payment. I called Khama about my missing cd's and when they arrived the way she shipped them they were broken. I contacted Khama again and she sent me these emails.

I'm sorry but i did not receive those emails, will you please resend them or give me a description of what they said. I have paid you the full amount for the CD/s and have not been able to use them due to the condition of how they were sent to me. I heard your Wednesday call and you don't sound too pleased with how people are reacting. AND YES people do struggle with their commitment to God, But you have to remember that these are life long even generation long habit's and it's gonna take time for people to allow it to hit their core. Only speaking from one sister to another.

I wished i lived in California people are just a little nicer. But instead i live in Cincinnati were people are rude, selfish and greedy in the community, work force and sometimes even life long friends. I could imagine how people are in places I've never been before. But i continue with my faith and commitment to God and Pray for others. So I wish you more happiness and success. And I Love you, Thanks for Loving me!

But you have to remember that these are life long even generation long habit's and it's gonna take time for people to allow it to hit their core honestly, people are filled with excuses, so I don't believe that things take a long time if they are willing. Lots of people aren't even willing, they don't want to cut off the rap music, the reality shows, the gossiping and the complaining but then they want all the success w/o working for it. Not everyone of course, but a lot. So, I don't believe in excuses not when they won't put in effort and think that if they pray and do nothing, things will change. Faith without works is dead. (James 2:20)
Anyways, I'm going to search my sent box and re-send you the emails.

She basicly was acting like she was taking action, but never wanted to return my money to me. I got married in November and My grandma got sick in december and died in Jan 2008 i didn't get the physical chance to mail her the cd's until march when everything settled down. This is her final email to me. She's suppose to be coaching me!

Dear Me,
Your package was received in March 2008. According to our records Khama suggested that you return the CD SET back in NOVEMBER 2007, since you were harrassing her in regards to her success call.

You complained that that CDs were broken - a replacement set was sent out. Nothing is wrong with the CDs you returned.

You did not return the CD SET when asked, nor did you return everything that was sent to you.

You will NOT be receving a refund. You can not complain about a service, they ask you to return the items and you do so 4 months later expecting a refund! Unacceptable.

If you would like for us to send the emails dated early November, we will do so. Nonetheless, a refund will not be granted at this time or ever. Keeping the CD SET, using it, perhaps copying it and sending it back FOUR MONTHS later expecting a full refund is ridiculous. Please stop contacting this office.
