 Our process was started back in early Spring 2013. We confirmed art work and then sent payment in the beginning of May for almost $3000.00 for 2 sets of jerseys (40 total), pants (20), hats & belts (20 of each). We were told estimated delivery was 4-6 weeks.

In mid July we got the first set of jerseys. They looked nice but 2 of them had errors with the numbers we gave them and 1 had a name misspelled. We inquired after that about the remaining pieces of our order and got vague replys and dealt with rude sales people who could never even give us a remote update of the order. We sent emails to the address they told us to for order updates and still did not get any resolve.

Our season culminated on August 18th and the next day the second wave of jersey's arrived. They were completely wrong with the artwork and location of sponser logos not to mention completely different material than the first jersey's were. Many more calls and emails were exchanged (which we have) and more empty promises were made.

Flash forward to present day...it is now 2 days until March 2014 and we still have no hats, pants, or belts. I noticed in January they are now Team Uniforms 123. So I called them and a man named John answered who was a Sports 55 employee, He seemed nice and explained how horribly run Sports 55 was and said there were Over $50,000.00 of unfulfilled orders still out there. He said they started T U 123 and the owner of Sports 55 alotted $35,000.00 to complete the remaining orders via T U 123. He said since I called he would expidate my order and actually walked me through his new site since he claimed he lost all of our remaining order info. I gave him the hat colors and style and he actually gave me sizing suggestions. I told him black belts and then I got on the pant builder and he took my colors for the pants and style. He said expected arrival would be early April and we would send the belts asap.

When I got back to him with pant sizes from my guys as he said he had lost all that info, he now instructed me to contact the remaining employee named Ben from Sports 55. So I did and am now told I need to print this form he will send me and I then send it back, because he cannot complete my order until Ben okay's it?? Then why take all my info?? Ben sent me the sheet and I completed it. Since Feb. I have sent 5 emails to Ben just requestiong a simply reply of "yes, I got it...expect it at such and such a time frame"...I have gotten 0 replies from Ben. I've called TU 123 twice and talked to Jimmy. He now claims they are not even allowed to call Ben to se what's up with our order. Why is this such a torturous ordeal?? I mean really, doesn't America work on the premice that you pay for goods and the business provides it??

I have contacted others who have been shafted by Sports 55 and we are deliberating proper action as a group as we refuse to be ripped off. I belived 11 months of waiting for 20 hats, belts, and pants is enough now.
