Sportsbetting.com they let you deposit money but when you try to withdraw they won't let you Internet

it is easy enough to deposit money with them, you enter a credit card and an amount and it is done. i deposited with them before the 08 Super Bowl and won. I withdrew my money which they are supposed to mail by check to the billing address on your credit card. I herd nothing for a month and then i got an email requesting this:
We are following up on a pending withdrawal.

Last week your payment request had been placed on hold while we waited for you to complete an audit. Payments are not processed unless audits are completed or security documentation is provided. However, we have yet to receive the information we requested.

As per our company policy customers with pending withdrawals have one (1) week in order to complete any required audits or/and forward pertinent documentation. Since your payment was placed on hold over a week we have reversed your withdrawal request and deposited the funds back into your account. Kindly check your account balance.

I have attached an Authorization Form which needs to be printed and completed. Please make sure to include every field.

After this attached form is completed and hand signed send scanned copies to support@sportsbetting.com or Fax the copies to: Toll-Free from North America 1 (888) 767-8709

Please clearly complete ONE form for every Credit Card you have used to deposit or send us the copy of the Card which you have used to make the last deposit on your account. You must send it along with visible copies (front and back) of:

1. Credit card (front and back).
2. Government issued personal identification (drivers license or passport).
3. A recent utility bill (phone bill or electricity bill)
4. Bank statement.

they will not give me the money i deposited or the money i won until i give them all this personal and financial information which anyone can use to commit fraud on my behalf. DO NOT FALL FOR IT!! I offered to give them a license copy with the DL# and SS# blacked out, a bill with everything but the card number and address blacked out, and a bank statement with everything blacked out but my name and the card number on the banks letterhead but i haven't herd back from them. I believe they are either trying to get me to go away and take my money or get me to give in and use my personal info. watch out, find a bookie near you and stay off the internet with this stuff.
