Issa runs an unethical business. His cleaners is notorious for damaging clothes and then not reimbursing the customer for damages they've caused.

He's dishonest and has no problem lying to customers and acting in an unprofessional manner.

He damaged numerous items of mine and would not reimburse me for them. If you read the company's reviews on yelp, you'll notice I'm not alone.
