Spring Family Dental DDS David Spring, including spouse & associates. Dentist from Spring Family Dental, lied, misrepresented, and assulted me after confrontation of accusations. Mesa Arizona

I write this complaint against Dentist David Spring, owner of Spring Family Dental at this later date only because there were no reports against him at the time and waited until as I had figured, others were abused by his business so that I may then write my case against him in case someone abused by him & wanteed to take him to court would have verified proof of a court case I actually won against him.

Dentist David Spring was on my approved dental list of dentists so I went to him for 6 or 7 crowns. After getting started he screwed up each attempt to crown all these teeth at one time which ended up alitle more than a year and that was after he moved to another location. Note: He gave the in office work on my crowns to his unqualified & unlicensed dental assistant! 

The assistants work was horrible in the way it was handled and looks nothing like my original teeth that were ground down for the crowns. To be correct, it was amatuer work. I don't have alot of money so now I have to live with it! Immed., after the work 4 to 5 different office workers including his spouse, came at me as if it was an emergency for me to sign for the work performed but, I kept asking if the lady who did the work on me was trained licensed dentist and got no answers so I stoutly refused each time telling them I'm not signing anything until I'm satisfied with the work and my insurance rep gives me the OK!

The dentist' spouse was the last to ask me but still refused so she gathered up the paperwork and left the room and as I was up out of the chair and walking out the dental room, the dentist came rushing up to me very angry & hostile loudly telling me I have to sign the paperwork before I leave but at the same time he's yelling & pressuring me he is using the ink pen in his hand to thrust at my chest trying to make his point with intimidation & threatening gestures. Anyway he stuck me a few times which frightened me where all I could think of was to get out of there ASAP! 

As I'm leaving the dentist is screaming warning & threats at me all the way out to the parking lot, so at that time I decided it would be in my best interest to file a police report. 

The police told me to go home & they would come over to take my complaint and when they did come over they took my complaint and said the dentist filed charges of Public Misconduct. To make a long story short, I took it to trial and beat him on every subject spoken of here and a taped recording of the unlicensed dentist who he borke the law with, who admitted it was his fault she did the work in the first place.

Should anyone wish to file any type of court suit agains this dentist, you can do so only by your lawyer requesting from Ripoff Report my personal information. I will only divulge my court case to a lawyer representing a case against Spring Family Dental. Hopefully this dentist will make right those he has wronged & amend his ways but if not, you have my full support!
