spring glenn mobile park spring glenn trailer park wrongful eviction lied in court and put stuff on our credit report that was not true like 30,000.00 dollars fall city Washington

I lved in spring glenn park for over 20 years.The owners son took over the park and started tricking the moblie owners by serving papers to the lower income or  nome owner and there not really filed threw the courts. there using the courts paper work but not filing it to the courts. Then by default they get there atterney and file them so the owners loose there home.. I seen them do this several times. to many people in that trailer court has lost there homes. they wouldnt let the church have trailers in the park.i seen them throw a  MS ladiy  out and her stuff in the snow.I was charged 35.00 non compliance fee's every month some times twice a month that were not leagle that i didn't no at the time were not a RCW code and just made up.we won in court the first time but 3 months later they taking us back to court and i couldnt take it again.  they lost 90,000.00 dollars in suprior court and he still sent us to a credit agency saying we owe him 28,000.00 or close to it. we were never served any kind of paper work and this cant be legale. He told people i had a lean on my trailer again he was lying about that to the only thing that i owed was 2000.00 for back taxes. He is the most evil and mean person i have ever meet in my life. He evicted my niece and she was his sons pre school teacher. He is scum and every one should here this story. My old neighbors were the carnation washington killers and he said his mom had altimers so she wouldnt have to talk to there atternies and she told me she spoke every day with them. look that one up. So much horrable horrable stuff happend when living there i could go on and on.  

          The septic system has failed and the water is only managed by mark meinzinger.He thinks abouve the law and its his to do as he wishes.My sister still lives there and the smell from the septic is just horrible.

                They trapped our family cats and took them and other residence in the park also. They told me to look in the ditch at the bottom of the hill noing dam well they took them. I was so devistated by this i went threw a depression for the rest of the time i lived there.They sprayed weed killer around the park and killed out side fish and owners plants. They never gave any notice to when demolishing some pore persons trailer they took. they are in so many violations  of rcw codes it makes me sick. he is vendictive and should not be able to run peoples lives. he ruining lives and taking there homes. Some one should stop him he is just  a ritch boy that thinks he can do what he wants and its not fair he took my home of over 20 years and it still hurts i have nothing now. Our case is in the king county supirior court files look them up you will see . its not fair!

                 The bottom line is don't buy or rent  anything fom mark meinzinger, He is the biggest scum bag on this planit pore fool thinks otherwize! It's been 2 years and im still just amazed he could get away with what he did to me and my family.
