Sprinkler Head & Collar Specialist, LLC Mr. John Sura; Principal Company victimizes seniors with unfair billings Toms River New Jersey

 My father is 85 years of age and resides in the Greenbriar Woodlands senior community located on New Hampshire Ave.  I believe this lawn sprinkler contractor has already taken advantage of him financially and is attempting to do so again.  The individual's name is Mr. John Sura, principal of Sprinkler Head & Collar Irrigation Specialist, LLC. (732-286-3205) The Better Business Bureau has given this company an F.  Last year (12/7/2012) Mr. Sura had my father write a $1070 check for a repair that he executed in 20 minutes.  The check was made directly to Mr.Sura.  The receipt shows $70 of the amount as tax.  Now Mr. Sura is sending my father collection notices.  We do have financial records tracking payment but I believe that Mr. Sura is attempting to defraud members of our senior community in a systematic way.  I suspect the overcharging, the duplicate billing, checks made to him personally, etc are part of his method to victimize the elderly who do not have the capacity to recognize what he is doing.  It would also be interesting to learn if Mr. Sura paid NJ the $70 tax. Mr. Sura's receipts are not uniquely numbered. Beware of this company's unfair/illegal business activity.
