I went to sprint to trade in my phone and get a upgrade. I traded in my iphone and got a Samsung S5. A few months passed and I noticed my bill was getting Higher and Higher! 3 months down the line I find out the a phone was added to my account and I called the fraud department, reported the fraud 2 times and they are still charging me $50.00 a month and told me that in order to take the phone off the account I will have to pay $150.00 fee

I called the fraud dept. 3 times with no results and No Call from Sprint!
