Sprint Telephone Service Cheap, lying and money grabbing consumer fraud ripoff N.Carolina North Carolina

I moved here a little over a year ago and have had phone line problems the whole time! I called Sprint repair service from the day after I moved in until present and the core of the problem is NOT ever been fixed.
Problems with my phone service is-- when it rains the phone line gets wet and cannot be used at all, just a bunch of loud noise on the line, several people including important schooling companies and jobs have attempted to get through to me but said they would only get disconnected. Of course I am also unable to use my internet to get online because the phone line is so bad. It has to be a clear day for my phone to be able to work. So not only am I unable to use my phone the majority of the time but also my internet, which both I pay monthly and on time every month!

Whats being done about it.........nothing!!!! I have called so many times to the repair service and they state that they have to witness the problem BUT their office is in Virginia and by the time they get here ( a couple days later ) the rain is gone and so is the water on the lines, so they say call us when its messed up. One repair service man came out when my phone line was wet and told me the phone line is like 50yrs old and needs replaced but would not admit that sprint is to cheap to replace it! I told him they are losing business because the lady behind my house was having the same problem that they did nothing about and she ended up getting a cell phone instead of residental service. He stated he would send the paper work for phone line to be installed but I yet have not seen it! How is it Sprint can screw their customers and get away with it, I cant even take this to court because I need proof my phone dont work and that is almost impossible to prove if their not here! I dont even call sprint anymore because when I do and they see my log off complaints and they get a attitude as if I am making this up or wasting their time! So I have paid them over a year of service so far plus my internet and I get the attitude?!?!?! It's pretty bad when even a phone service cant keep a good company name and fail to keep customers satisfied! Hey AT&T or Alltel Hickory, NC needs good quality phone service.........I'll be the first to switch!!!!
