I've been dealing with sprint customer service for over 8 months. 1st they straight up lied to me to give me to sign a two-year contract. And then they charge me over $100.00 a month for a service that they cannot provide! And when you contact customer service they refused to fix the problem. I have spoken to over 400 of their wraps. And nobody seems to know how to fix the problem. Dan Hesse is the CEO of the scam operation the hearing fuses to take calls to correct the situation that's how you know he's a theif. He doesn't know what's going on with in his company and he don't care. He don't care about is customers he don't care about retain customers. He just wants us to what money he can right now and who cares about the long run. I have given them every opportunity to fix this problem in the last 8 months and they refused to do so.
