Sprint Unexplained data usage increase. Laguna Niguel California

I have been a loyal customer of Sprint for years. I came into the store to add my daughters phone to our plan. The next thing I knew he was talking to me about the new Framily plan. I was told the more phones you add to my account the more I would be saving. NOT... This is not was the most disturbing thing about the new plan. Once we started our plan we had a limited data usage of 1GB per phone. All of the sudden when the new plan kicked in our data went through the roof. I called customer support and they said that it could be because your wi-fi is not working properly. My wifes data usage also went though the roof. The rep said that she could not help with that. Bottom line is that I changed back to the original plan and eventually I will be leaving Sprint in the dust. Don't be scamed by this company. Take your money and go elsewhere. Good luck to you all.
