Sprint Store Sprint charges money for phone does that does not work. Sprint charges money for services that does not work. Sprint charges money for warranties that are fake. Sprint promises to fix problems and then does nothing. Los Angeles California
Sprint charged me about $500 for my phone, plus $100 to $180 per month for service that never worked reliably. Sprint has given lie after lie, always promising everything and then delivering nothing. Sprint Store manager told me that the Samsung Galaxy S3 would work as good as the Evo. The Galaxy S3 did not work. It gets zero bars at home where I need it most. Sprint has made false promise after false promise in the most unethical manner. Sprint lied and offered to send a device to extend the range of the phone. The device never arrived. Sprint lied and offered to send a new phone. The phone never arrived. The Sprint Store manager lied and promised to take action. He never did anything at all. Do not trust Sprint at all. Use another company.
