SPS Select portfolio services This company has been trying to take my parents house for at least 10 years now... every 3 months harrisburg, Pennsylvania

For years now this company has been trying to take my parents house.  It starts with fees and goes to foreclosure notices...Which if you are able to come up with the ridiculous amounts and get out of the foreclosure, they then add all kinds of fees like lawyer fees, court fees, foreclosure fees, paper filing fees, etc etc etc.  My parents original mortgage was for 75,000usd.  I think they took it out in 2000 or so. Today they owe 88,000usd. So in the last 11 close to 12 years instead of there payments lowering the amount, they owe 13,000usd more than originally borrowed. 

A few months ago they were told that if they made the original monthly payment of 685usd for 3 months on time it would stay at that amount.  after the 3 months of making these payments, they got a call saying that there new monthly payments would be 1450usd per month.  With no explanation or reason why.  So my father has refused to make these payments and of course they are trying to foreclose AGAIN.  this is probably the 20th time they have done this. 

The problem now is through all of these crooked schemes my parents credit has gone completely down the tubes.  Which makes it hard for them to get outside help or get away from this company.  You see this company will act like there are willing to help you just so they can add more fees and do the same thing to you every few months.  Its a Joke.  Every time they go through this with this company they get charged a 3000usd attorney fee....

So by the end of the year they get charged more in fees than they have paid on the mortgage.  Oh I forgot to mention my parents house was last appraised at  3 times the amount of the mortgage .   SPS makes me sick... Something has to be done about this....So tomorrow I will be finding the right attorney to go to battle on behalf of my parents.   Good luck to everyone else in similar situations
