sps servicing balance never goes down, keeps adjusting payments, not able to refinance salt lake city Utah

 Bank of America sold my mortgage to SPS in 2012 and while i do not have a history of on  time payment due to financial difficulties. i have repeaditly tried to get modifications even when i was unemployed for most of 2012. and met difficulties at every turn. i started mailing payments way early and calling when they were not cashed only to have them cashed aday or two after my grace period. this of course made my payment late when i was making every effort to be on time so i could refi. i am on an ARM and my payments have increased by 11 a month. i need help fighting this company.
