I did a job for Mr. George.

That was a mess from the start, and not on our part. this gentleman had no clue about what he wanted. he changed his mind like you change your underwear. he just wanted the work done for free. he did take me to court and win $3000 and he got paid every cent of that. so he got work done from me for nothing, he is the one who ripped me off here. he won the court case because he had a fancy lawyer and i represented myself in the case. not knowing the law like a lawyer i got screwed. i figured i had a great case. i had a signed contract that i thought covered our butts but it didnt. not from guys like george. ive had my contracts revised now and they do cover me. Mr. george called me after we poured his driveway and said he had water in his garage 8 to 10 inches in depth. when i got there and looked at the area he was talking about there was a small corner of the outside (not even in the garage ) of the garage floor that had a quarter inch of water laying on it. so i took pictures of it. and that came from the garage floor being uneven & unlevel to start with. all we could do was match the floor that was there. it was something i even pointed out to him at the time of prep. he said it shouldnt be a problem. so we went on with the work. he won the case by using my estimate against me. It had the bbb logo at the top. which when i gave him the estimate we were a member of. but a couple of days after the estimate we was not. we canceled our membership with the bbb. so he and his lawyer used that against me in court. other than that i had the case won. i whipped his and his lawyers butts in the case. until they pulled that out at the end. as far as my crew or my equipment or tools is concerned. i have everything under i need to do any job. and we do great work and have never had any problems with customers until i met this gentleman. i had no clue he even wrote this about me until a customer i was doing business with called me and told me about this being wrote about me on this website. and guess what i did the work for her and the work turned out great. she is one of my references. and a great customer. i dont mind people having oppinions about me or my company, but they atleast need to be honest about them. he needs to be honest with himself. he is the kind of person that gives contractors bad names. i hope he is happy and i hope he feels real good riding his new motorcycle i helped him buy. he is a real piece of work. contractors run if you see him. watch out for anyone named george burget in renaldsburg ohio. he will rip you off. and no amount of money is worth his head ache period.
