SRC An Aetna Company I have been LIED to many times per Thi swoman claimed to be a supervisor many many times all info that I recd was incorrect my claim after (first faxed) 5-02-2008 was and rx claim and after lies told peocessing this claim than was processed wrong (IT WENT TOWARDS MY DUCTIABLE and AFTER i FOUND THIS OUT was told should have been sent to lexington ky. Sent 05-02-2008 this rx claims have been sent to wrong area and finally after being LIED to ever 7-10 days that it was being processed and than it was processed and went towards my deductible which was wrong they said that I had to wait another 6-8 weeks until it can be reprocessed.
this was a rx claim after all of this lying and a Supervisor Mary who used those words that these claims should have been sent to lexington ky. I was told that my claims would be sent over via src they said this was done one week ago (06-20-2008) when I had a manager on 3 way she informed the manager in lexington that she would send them out that day 2 lies in 1 minute..... Then when I waited another 10 days to make sure that my claims did indeed get there I was told know when I called. It did not and was told by Mary at SRC that they DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO LEINGXTON. Before I signed with this company I asked alot of questions about the insurance because after 18 years my husband who carried the ins. on us his job was gone. I asked many questions on all policies and I like this one because the rx was $400 amonth this would not help my husband (he has 2 meds that are over $500 apeice) but for that was great mine were around full price 200.00-250.00 now after all of this time I am being told that I can only get $75.00 a month which once again was a lie I think I am intitled to my out of pocket expenses of around 200.00 because that is what I was told and I sent countless faxes to different areas which some say they did recd some say they did not I had to paid $2.00 a fax per page not only my time and travel and gas is very have all for this want I want my money for faxes and gas and time and all of my out of pocket that I spent due to the fact that I was told this and also I confirmed this information several times.

Just to make everything was correct (i worked for ins companies and know how they say things to get you off the phone so that is why I had several people retell me my benefits. Now I call today and SRC will not even tell me how many prople (csr's that I had spoken with ).


Please help they took my payment for insurance with no problem but I cant get what is coming to me I nor anyone else should have to go through this just for 200.00 back they want your mone
If this goes no where I will contact the media and papers on this company there are so many complaints and lawsuits against this company all ready I wished that I did my homework and checked them out however my husband loss of employment after 18 years through me into a spin.
