Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Despite having agreed to release my pictures after 3 hours of difficult photoshoot, this person refused to do so, and once i insisted I wanted my picutres accused me of having "entitlement" issues and threatening. To make things worse went on a rampagse about how other models are satisfied with his work!
As an artist, I'd like to do whatever is within my powers to never allow such a sneaky person to take pictures of other people, let alone signing them under their name or listing themselve as professional.

Based on copyright laws I am not the owner of the images and this has been an unfortunate experience that I wish no model goes through. I filed this report with the intention of removing it once I have the issue resolved and at this point I have no wish to pursue the matter online.

I should clarify there has been no financial transactions involved.
Baes on copyright laws I (as the model or person being photographed) is not the owner of the images.
Also there has been no financial transactions involved.
I am making this update to make sure it is clear that I was not aware of the copyright at the time of filing this report and therefore the title of the report should be changed editing is impossible.

This person is also threatening me for a "law suit" if I use "their" images! If anything, those are my images, which counts as artistic property in this case! I'm not sure if this is bullying what is this!!!

They have claimed they have destroyed all of my images but also threatend topursue legal action if i use "their" picutres. Since they have destroyed the work, there is not "their" pictures to begin with. I have all of the ext messages available.
I hope it is clear that because there is no money involved the severity of the case should not be considered less than a financial fraud.
