St. Clair County CPS stole my child from me on July 29, 2005 and I have never been able to get her back.
They took her from a location unknown to me and then hours later barged in my home without a search warrant and went through all of my personal things, including my prescription medicines.  They did this illegally, however, at the time I was unaware of what they were actually doing.  Then they proceeded to tell me that they had my daughter in their custody, for what reason, I still do not know.  Then after processing her, they placed her in an abusive foster care home which I reported over and over to the social worker assigned to my case, Kathleen Frizzle - Haggerty.  I then reported it to her supervisor, Ken Snyder.  Nothing was done.  So I reported it to the Director, James Newald and he also did nothing.

My daughter was thrown out in the cold to walk the foster home dog without any coat on in the middle of the winter and then she was drug across the room by her earlobe.  There were several books thrown at her and she told me the foster mother, "screamed at her soul".  She came to my house repeatedly with filthy clothes on and filthy hair, one time actually wearing adult hospital footies.  She had warts on her fingers and her hair was dirty.  Funny isn't it? I was the one that was eventually charged with child neglect and I have a permanent mark on my record for the rest of my life.

The foster worker and foster mother told several lies about me to my daughter , to the judges and overall the court system.  The foster worker reported that I "spit in my daughter's face", that I would come to visits and talk about all of the men that I was seeing.  Oh, and also, I would bring games to the visits and then not play them with her.  Then, the termination began because I could not find a job in Port Huron, a place where the unemployment rate is like 40%. Hmmmmm, wonder why I couldn't find a job.  I have a BA from The University Of Michigan which just happens to be ranked #14 in the world for the best universities.  Strange isn't it, that someone like me who made it into a great school like that turned into a child abuser?

Well, I am not a child abuser, I am not a neglectful parent, and I am not a mean person.  I have gone through so much hell you can't even imagine.  I was adopted and never knew any of my birth family.  Then I had a daughter and finally I had some identity, but not for long.  St. Clair County family court system through CPS took all of that away from me.  They ruined my entire life.  All for the sake of money.  Those Title IV-D Grant entitlements really are beneficial and can pay up to $120,000.00 to place 1 child in foster care.  To return the child home? They receive $0.  Wonder why there are so many children in this state in foster care.  And while your at it, why don't you google Senator Nancy Schaefer from Georgia and see what happened to her when she tried to expose CPS corruption.  Money, is it really worth it?
