This company somehow opened a secondary account for me using my credit card without my knowledge that ran up over $750 in monthly charges to my credit card.  I NEVER USED THE ACCOUNT NOR DID I HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THIS ACCOUNT. When I called in they said that I must've created the secondary account and that the charges were valid. They told me they would not be refunding me the money which is absolutely outragous.  I have filed a claim with the FTC and will move forward with a lawsuit against them.

After a bunch of calls with customer care supervisors, a number of emails and a threat of a lawsuit there was still no resolution until I was able to email the CEO through LinkedIn. I didn't think this would help but he or someone on his staff read it and I was called by the head of customer care who provided me with a full refund. This was a surprising and satisfying result. I am still shocked that the customer care and office of the president supervisors did not just take care of this after my initial call
