issues fraudulent checks based on online winnings/scratchoff ticket. You receive a partial winnings check in the mail. then someone comes to your home the same day you received the initial winnings witn a letter stating you won additional money in a majorCanadian lottery drawing. They have you wire $ for agent processing fees (people that brought the letter) In turn you are left with owing your bank for monies you spent from the original check.
