Staple Steel Richard Harris Larry Have waiting on getting paid for 4 loads of material we had moved for them back in 2012 $ 2,510 worth we have never been paid Painesville Ohio

Moved 4 loads for Staple Steel out of Painesville, Oh earlier in the year starting back in Feb 2013 & March 2013 for a total of amount of $ 2,510.00 and haven't been paid for any of these loads to this date.

This is a total fraud they never intended to pay us for these loads they were looking for new trucking companies to scam off of, they called us looking for trucks and we had never had any contact with them prior to these loads.

Just looking for trucking compaines they hadn't used because they couldn't get their regulars to move freight for them.

Shame on us for not doing our homework with them, but its still fraud and unlawful for how they went about this.

When we would call or could call this contact (Larry) he would tell us that they are in a financial mess from one of their accounts not paying them for a large amount of material they sold them.

He has been playing us along for the whole year saying that he is going to try to pay us, we just hope that other trucking companies read this report prior to doing business with them in the future if they are still in business or the new business they might just start or have already started to avoid paying they compaines they have screwed over.
