$8.00 Rebate for 10-pack CD-R, filed March 19,2001, never received. Called 1-800-390-2344, was told they were no longer handling rebates for Prime Peripherals. Gave me number to call: 781-986-3960. That phone always busy. Received rebate form, and purchased product at Staples, 151 West, 3960 south, Ogden, UT, 84405.

In the past, I have purchased computer software from Staples for which the enclosed rebate forms were outdated.
