I got a envolope today with a letter and a check enclosed. It stated to be from Star Luck Casino. I found this web site by researching the Star luck Casino to see if it was lagite. For one I dont do anything on the web that has to do with backing or internet casinos. Two I dont deal with publishers clearing house or any of the others listed on my report above.
That is how i figured out this was fraud. I also seen a report from a man on this site that had a check amouthfor the same amount, same address, and almost the same number. The number listed in my letter is (647)887-4491. I notified my local police department and asked them if there was n e thing i could do. They said no but i think they are just lazy. I was thinking that maybe if someone form the government could get phone call tracing software and get you to make the phone call and trace it they could find out where these people are and catch them. Just a thought cause i don't think that they care really. The check amount was the same as a report listed from a man that posted a report on this site.4,989.51 was the amount. Mine had a signature of a Gregor sinclair - vice president. Please if anyone gets this don't fall for it it is a scam. If I could help in any way contact me and I would be glad to. The check had a banks name Guaranty Bond Bank on it.
