Mailed order - had tried to follow-up but that kind of service is only availabel Mon-Fri. Received my cc statement and there was the charge - for exactly what I had ordered - posted 10/27/05 and as of today 11/15/05 no mechandise. Even coming from California it shouldn't take this long. I will try and follow-up with the company but, based on reports I've seen I'm guessing my best bet will be to try and deal thru my cc company.
Will alway check your site before dealing with any company like this in the future.

Did get corrected and received a good 3 CD Christmas Set.
Have to admit I am still shopping with them and they still screw up but they always fix
They have stuff I can't seem to find anywhere else. So despite all the problems I will probably continue to shop with them.

I finally received my stuff today - they really must have sent by mule train. I got a small flashlight and a magnifying card as free gifts. All is well except - The 3 CD Christmas set I ordered was suppose to have Crosby, Como, Sinatra - got two Crosby and one Sinatra, Como was awol. I will return that as directed for a replacement and see what happens. Don't feel like this is Starcrests fault - item was just mispackaged by manufacturer. Have asked them to replace and ensure it has all Crosby, Como and Sinatra. Will update on how the return goes.

I was finally able to contact them yesterday, after digging thru your site I found an 800 number so I was able to call them from work - I was told my merchandise was sent 10/28 and I should receive it between 11/14 and 24 - in other words I feel I got a standardized pat answer - give it another 10 days - I've never seen anything mailed from anywhere take almost a month to reach it's destination? Are they sending it by muletrain??
Also based on all the unhappy employees who've written to this site - unhappy employee's don't always do their job so in my opinion this is not a good company to deal with and I will never deal with them again.

I've often ordered the novelty items from Star Crest and have had no problem. I've always paid by check rather than credit card. Don't know if this makes a difference. The thing I like about what they sell is you usually can't find these off-the-wall items in a store. Good luck in finally getting your ordered materials.
